Therapy for Life's Stressful Moments

Life has its ups and downs, but if the "down" days are adding up, you may be feeling disconnected, emotionally distant, or stuck in behavioral patterns that aren't working for you anymore. I support individuals, couples, and families who want to break out of those patterns, engage critically with their emotional experiences, and (re)build meaningful connections with the people they feel closest to.

I use evidence-based approaches from advanced training in cutting-edge therapies (like the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Gottman Method Couple Therapy) to provide an effective and highly relational approach to treatment.

I offer online therapy services for adolescents and adults in Colorado, including morning and evening appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Limited in-person availability for weekend appointments in Fort Collins.

Service Configurations Offered

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for people seeking to improve their mental and relational health. I work with clients to process trauma, build coping skills, and re-engage in their relationships authentically. In individual therapy, I primarily utilize techniques from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Couples Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

I specialize primarily in couple therapy, working with couples who feel stuck in cycles that don't serve their relationship. Often, these cycles began as effective ways of coping and presented difficulties only as contexts changed over time. I help couples break out of these cycles, primarily employing techniques from the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Family Therapy

Individual Therapy

Family Therapy

The people we hold close are those most likely to make us "feel" anything, good or bad. Family therapy can help people re-connect with those they are closest to. Families working with me can expect to learn new ways of relating to one another, managing conflict, and communicating about emotional and other needs more clearly. We will practice skills for these goals together during each session.
